Mitchel Sommers, Executive DirectorCelebrating his 20th anniversary with CTG!

Mitchel SommersA New York native, Mitchel received his MFA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1976. After years of professional acting in New York City, he returned to Greensboro in 1989 to become CTG's Executive Director, a position he still treasures today. Mitchel has performed in a host of productions across the Triad and has directed many CTG and Barn Dinner Theatre shows over the years. Currently, he is gearing up to direct CTG's annual production of The Wizard of Oz for the 14th time! As one of the most visible Arts champions in our community, Mitchel was recognized by the United Arts Council in 2005, when he received the Betty Cone Medal of Arts. He also serves as an adjunct Assistant Professor of Theatre at Elon University. The proud dad of Erik and Devon, Mitchel also is the Cantorial Soloist at Temple Emanuel in Greensboro.

Rich Gilliland, Director of Operations

Rich absolutely loves his job as Director of Operations for CTG! After living in Europe and California for many years, Rich returned to Greensboro in 2000, and has concentrated on bringing his business acumen to CTG ever since. Right now, Rich is looking past this year's production of The Wizard of Oz, because he knows that once Dorothy gets back to Kansas for the final time, he'll click his own heels and end up in sunny Florida for some well-earned R&R.

ROZRozalynn Fulton, Director of Education

Rozalynn grew up in Columbia, SC. After attended North Carolina A&T, she
became part of the CTG family in August 2000. Roz has loved being involved
with CTG and being able to enrich the lives of our youth through theatre. In
her spare time she enjoys reading and shopping. Roz and her husband,
Jevon, live in McLeansville with their daughters, Tiana, Iyanna, and Morgan.

Bradley Smith, Marketing Coordinator

Bradley joined the CTG family in the spring of 2006 as our Marketing Coordinator. He brings a multitude of talents to the organization and continues to enhance the look and feel of CTG's collateral materials as well as our visibility in the community. A Greensboro resident since 1991, Bradley believes that Triad Arts organizations are extremely influential. Support CTG and buy some season Flex-Passes.

The newest member of our CTG family, Kristen was born and raised in Shelby, North Carolina. She moved to Greensboro in the fall of 2005 to attend UNCG and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor's of Science in Recreation and Parks Management with a concentration in Commercial Recreation. Kristen loves adventures of any and all kinds—and that's why she's so excited to be taking her first trip with CTG down the Yellow Brick Road!
