We appreciate it so much, Abby!
June 2011 — APRIL ECKMAN
April Eckman has been involved with Community Theatre for many years. She took a few years off to focus on her business Cookie Lee Jewelry but now recently has been very supportive with CTG’s everyday operations. She has used her business to help fundraising opportunities for CTG’s Centerstage Youth Performing Group. April and her husband Dave live in Greensboro with their four children.
Thanks for everything, April!

Thanks, Ann! You're amazing!
February 2011 — TATE DECICCO
Tate DeCicco has been our student intern for the 2010-11 school year and has been a fantastic helper in the office. Not only does she help us twice a week in the office, but she also assists us at special events, such as Starry, Starry Night and Oscar Night America. We first met Tate five years ago when she auditioned for Triad Idol. In 2009, she was one of our Dorothy's in The Wizard of Oz.
Tate--you're the best!!
January 2011 — CHRISSY & BRION WATSON
We would like to recognize Chrissy & Brion Watson as our Volunteers of the Month! They have been involved with CTG since 2003 when Brion was cast as a munchkin in The Wizard of Oz. Not only is Brion great on stage, but he also helps behind the scenes. He and his mom mom assist backstage with costumes, help with auditions, and are a great asset during special events, such as Triad Idol. Chrissy is one of our fantastic Education Committee members, as well. Any time our Education Director, Rozalynn Fulton, needs a hand she knows she can count on the Watsons!
Thank you Chrissy & Brion for all that you do!!
December 2010 — DALE MITCHELL
Dale Mitchell joined the cast of The Wizard of Oz 2010 along with his sons, Liam and Parker. As a local landscaper (Mitchell Landscapes) he was use to dealing with trees—little did he know he would become a tree in "The Haunted Forest" of Oz. Dale was a tremendous asset behind the scenes and we extend a very special thank-you from the folks at CTG.
November 2010 — KIM KAUFMANN
We would like to reconize Kim Kaufmann as our Volunteer of the Month! Kim is the mother of Annanoa and wife of Eric. The Kaufmann's are the definition of a "Theatre Family:" long hours, strong dedication, eager to help, and always chipping in to make our productions run smoothly. As Annanoa graces the stage, both Kim and Eric are working hard behind the scenes of CTG's 16th annual The Wizard of Oz.
The staff and Board wish to thank you for all the backstage, behind the scenes, and maual labor you volunteer to our organization. You continue to be a valuable CTG family member and we appreciate you and your family greatly.
Thank you for your love and dedication, Kim!
October 2010 — KELLY EVANS
We would like to honor Kelly Evans as our first ever Volunteer of the Month! Kelly is the mother of Rebecca and Victoria. Both girls are active members of the CTG family. Rebecca was the 2010 Teen Triad Idol winner. Both girls are in this year’s production of The Wizard of Oz.
Kelly has been working diligently on marketing efforts for The Wizard of Oz. She headed up the Poster Hanging Pizza Party to make it a great success. She has been a great liaison between the CTG staff and all the wonderful families involved with Wizard regarding posters, flyers, and handcards. We couldn’t spread the word as well without her help!
Thank you so much for all you do, Kelly!
